功能：
本机属高精度粗削楦头加工中心，一次生产两双粗坯。 产能达10h/1000双。适合量产前粗削使用。
function:    this is a high-precision shoe last roughing machine with four work stations. production capacity is 1000 pair/ 10 hour.
原理: 将cad或扫描数据档案依据用户输入的级放码数、肥度、刀纹等数据进行高效率处理， 生成刀具路径，并将数据转换成各轴驱动信号，而这整个复杂过程，采用意大利newlast 最新先进easylast 2009数控系统及机器控制级放软件,非常精确快速完成。
operation theory:
after the grading number,ball girth and the finishing pitch were inputted into the cad file or scaned file, the most advanced italy easylast 2009 cnc system would generate the tool paths and transfer the file data into the driving signal of the axis in no time. over the whole processing, the cnc system make it operating accurately and efficiently .

人性化设计、中英文界面、电算即时系统、机器工作时可计算下一个加工档案，机器无闲置时间提升效率。无需制做母楦、快速对应生产周期、减少材料的重复注塑、减少厂地和人工。各角度厚薄一致，可保留2mm 厚度给细削机使用提高量产速度，延长细削机零件和耗材寿命。
