工作原理: 空气通过加热转化为热空气,进入装置在干燥室顶部的热风分配器,然后均匀的进入干燥室,并呈现 螺旋状转动,同时将料液送至装置在干燥室顶部的离心雾化器, 使料液雾化成极小的雾化液滴,料液和热空气并流接触,水份迅速蒸发,在极短的时 间内干燥为成品。 成品经干燥干塔底部和旋风分离器排出, 废气由风机抽出排空。 主要特点a、干燥速度快,料液经雾化后,表面积大大增加,在热风气流中瞬间就可蒸发65%- 98% 的水份,完成干燥时间仅需5-15秒。 特别适用于热敏性物料的干燥。 b、所得产品粒度均匀,流动性、速溶性良好,产品纯度高,质量好； c、操作简单稳定,调节控制方便,容易实现自动化作业。 d、生产过程简化,操作环境卫生条件优越, 能避免干燥过程中的粉尘飞扬。 lpg series high speedcentrifugal spray dryer2.principles after filtering and heating,the air enters into the air distributor at the top of the drier.the hot air enters into the drying chamber in the spiral from anduniformly .by passing through the high-speed centrifugal spray at the top of the tower ,the material liquid will rotate and be sprayed into the extremely fine mistliquid beads.through the very shorttime of contacting the heatair,the materials can be dried into the finished products . the finished products will separator .the waste gas will be discharged from blower.3.features◆ at a high speedof drying, after the spraying of the liquid material, the surface area of the material will be increased greatly. in the hot-air flow, 95%-98%of water can be evaporated at a moment. the time ofcompleting the drying needs only several seconds.◆ this id especially suitable for drying the heat sensitive materials. its final products own the good uniformity, mobility, disso -lving capacity.and the final products are high in their purity and good in their quality.◆ the production procedures are simple and the operation and control are easy.the liquid with the moisture contents 40-60%(for special materials, the contents may reach 90%). can e dried into the powder or particle products once a time . after the drying,there is no need for smashing and sorting,so as to reduce theoperation procedures in the production and to enhance the product purity. the product particle diameters, looseness and water contents can be adjusted through changing the operation condition in acertain scope.it is very convenient to carry out the control and management.
