各种骨架油封、无骨架油封、各种皮碗、紧迫件以及所有圆形、软体无法夹持的橡塑制品的
废边处理。
various skeleton oil seal, frameless oil seal, all kinds of cup, pressing and waste edge processing
of plastic products .
1、结构简单、设计先进、操作方便、安全、生产效率高。
2、本机有机箱、主轴箱、左右刀架、输送、传动、电气控、机械手、震动送料装置等部件组成。
3、本机采用进口触摸屏及可编程控制器，可自动、手动操作、左右单刀、双刀同时、延时进时均
可选择：方便直观；刀架移动部件采用进口轴承，精度高、运行可靠；气动部件和执行部件采
用smc和ckd产品，质量档次高，减少维修；
4、采用真空吸附工作，稳定、通用性高；操作者只需将加工产品放在振动盘内，振动盘将会自动
筛选产品输送带，机械手自动投放产品后便按设定程序加工产品，完成后机械手将产品提送至
出料输送带，加工过程自动化程度高，既减轻劳动强度又提高生产效率。
5、经专业测评并绘制平均值与全距管制图，计算结果工序能力指数cpk值均在1.63-1.67之间，
工序能力完全满足。

mechanical hand,vibration feeding device and so on.
3.this machine consists of imported touch screen and programmable controller. it has choices
about automatic or manual operation, single or double pole, at the same time or delay; the parts
of head moving adopt imported bearing with high precision and reliable operation;pneumatic members
and execution unit adopt the products of smc and chronic kidney disease (ckd) with high quality,
and less maintenance;working by vacuum adsorption comes high stability and good universality;
4.one just puts processed products into the vibration disc, and it will automatically choose appropriate
conveyor belt for products. it will processed products according to program. then the manipulator
deliver the products to conveyor belt. this machine has high degree of automation processing and
can reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency.
5.it designed by professional assessment and range control chart. the calculation about process
capability index cpk value is between 1.63 to 1.67, fully meeting the demands .
