diolas-systems consist of:
the combined high power laser driver andteccontroller of a.l.s. – a high performance driver for highpowerdiode laser modules, optimized for the best performanceinindustrial applications and for the use in research anddevelopmentlaboratories. it delivers an output current up to 50 aand avoltage up to 3 or 6 v and is designed for cw and pulsedoperationwith a rise time of 100 µs. it already includesthethermo-electrical temperature controller for activetemperaturestabilization and regulation of the used diodelasermodule.
the air forced high power laser diode heat sinkofa.l.s., designed for heat loads up to 120, 80, 60 or 40watt(depending from the needed heat load for the used diodelasermodule). the heat sink includes the metal block, atemperaturesensor, the peltier cooling element (tec) and a fan forthe heatdissipation.
the diode laser module. for most of thepigtailedmodules a visible (red) pilot (aiming) diode laser can beincludedin the diode laser module.
featureslaser diode modules with output power up to 50 w forthefiber coupled versionslaser diode modules with currents up to 50 amicroprocessor controlledtemperature controlleddifferent cases and housings possiblefiber coupled systems with low diameter and low na(0.22)fibers
(core diameter 100 µm, 200 µm, 400 µm, 600 µm, 800µm,…) user-friendly and reliable systems
applicationsmaterial processing and micromaterialprocessing,stabilized pump sources for diode pumped solidstatelasers or fiber laserssources for illumination and lightningresearch and developmentoem versions for test systems for laser diodemoduleparameters (lifetime, burn in)

the high power laser diode system will beassembledand measured out corresponding to the special applicationof thecustomer. of course the customer can buy also the driver andtheneeded laser diode heat sink and use his own diode laser moduletoassemble his own system.
