施工参考construction reference：
1、施工条件:施工表面要求清洁干燥，表面温度应高于露点以避免水汽凝结。最低固化温度为-10℃。在冰点或冰点以下施工会使表面结冰而影响漆膜的附着力。施工期间及施工后16小时内湿度太大、凝露会影响漆膜的良好形成。在狭窄空间内施工和干燥期间应提供足够的通风。
application conditions: apply on clean and dry surface. thetemperature must be above the dew point to avoid condensation.minimum temperature for curing is -10℃. as temperature at /belowfreezing paint, freezing may occur on the surface and influence theadhesion of the film. high humidity or condensation duringapplication and the following 16 hours may adversely affect thefilm formation. in confined spaces provide adequate ventilationduring application and drying.
2、调漆前应将漆浆充分搅拌均匀，熟化0.5h左右施工，自然干燥温度低于20℃时，熟化时间可延长1-2h。配好的油漆应在6h内用完。气温低于0℃，相对湿度大于75%时不宜施工。在相对湿度不大于75%或表面温度在露点以上3℃使用。
curing agent and the base will be mixed in proportion firstly,and then full uniform mix and ripen for 0.5h. when the natural drytime is below 20℃, the ripening time can extend 1-2h. constructionis prohibit when the temperature is below 0℃or relative humidity isabove75% .
3、固化剂很易受潮，应储存于干燥处，密封桶盖。
curing agent g510 is sensitive to moisture. store in a dry placeand keep the can tightly closed until use.
4、无气喷涂：加入0-5%稀释剂（以油漆重量计）
airless spray: mixing with 0-5%s-1thinner (count by weight)
喷    孔:0.4-0.5mm             喷出压力: 15-20mpa
nozzle orifice:  0.4-0.5mm         nozzlepressure:  15-20mpa
空气喷涂：加入0-10% s-1稀释剂（以油漆重量计）
air spray: mixing with0-10%s-1thinner (count by weight)
喷      孔: 2.0-2.05mm        喷出压力: 0.3-0.4mpa 
nozzle orifice:2.0-2.05mm         nozzlepressure: 0.3-0.4mpa
滚涂/刷涂：加入0-5% s-1稀释剂（以油漆重量计）
roller / brush: mixing with 0-5%s-1thinner (count by weight)
8、建议涂装两道，每道35-45μm。
   suggestion: two times of coating with 35-45 eachtime
9、建议前道配套底漆coatings matching：
kr-a1环氧富锌底漆     epoxy zinc-richprimer
kr-a2环氧云铁中间漆   epoxy micaceous iron oxideintermediate
